Club Hire & Facilities

Mold Rugby Club can offer a wide range of private hire options and event organisation for any occasion.


The Main Club Bar accommodates up to 100 (80 seated) guests whilst the Presidents Lounge accommodates up to 20 guests; both are licensed from 11.00 a.m. until 12.00 midnight.

Room hire is available for:

We have excellent in house catering facilities (see Buffet Menus below). We also cater for special dietary needs – vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc.

If you need a little extra help with the organisation just ask. We can provide discos, live entertainment, decorations, audio/visual equipment and during the Summer Months outside entertainment - bouncy castles, slides, marquee, etc (at an additional cost).

Meetings - Presentations - Courses - £75 (plus VAT) for half a day, including Free WiFi, Projector, Big Screen and tea and coffee.

Buffet Menu One - £5.50pp 

Selection of Sandwiches (including Vegetarian), Sausage Rolls, Pork Pies, Quiche  (including Vegetarian), Dips, Selection of Crisps


Buffet Menu Two - £6.50pp

Selection of Sandwiches (including Vegetarian), Sausage Rolls, Pork Pies, Quiche  (including Vegetarian), Samosa, Small sausages, Dips, Selection of Crisps.

 

Buffet Menu Three - £7.50pp

Sliced Ham, Sliced Beef, Selection of breads, Flavoured rice, New Potatoes, Platter of salads, Horseradish/Mustard.
 

Buffet Menu Four - £10.00pp

Dressed Salmon, Sliced Ham, Sliced Beef, Selection of breads, Flavoured rice, New Potatoes, Pasta Salad, Platter of salads, Horseradish/Mustard.

 

Funeral/Wake - £6.00pp
