It’s with great sadness that we write this post today.

One of the forefathers of Mold RFC, Quentin Dodd passed away yesterday.
Quentin was Instrumental in setting up the club and the original mini section that began at Mynydd Isa and many here will have fond memories of him being their first coach

Although he never played for Mold he was a regular when the First XV were at home, he was a true Gentleman who contributed a great deal both seen and unseen.

Deepest condolences to Hugh and family.

Quentin's funeral is to be held on 2nd August, a private service will be held at Northop Crematorium.

With a Memorial Service at Bistre Church at 11am

Donations of his memory to Nightingale House, Marie Curie Nurses and Hospice at Home.
