Mold RFC Website Member Sign Up and Access.
This document is designed to help you as a member of Mold Rugby Club access our club website, by signing up you will be able to access team information, club news and many more features.
Your Team Managers will be able to update fixtures, team sheets, player stats and photos of games, all of which will only be available to players and parents in your age group, please follow the process below.
1, Either click the link Mold RFC or go to www.mold.rfc.wales.
In the top right-hand corner, you will see login and sign-up buttons,
if you already have access, please login if not,
select the sign-up button.
2, You will then see the sign-up screen
Here you will need to enter your Email address,
create a password, enter your First name,
and your Last name.
Once you have completed the above Select the ‘PROCEED’ button.
3, You will then see the ’Terms of Service’ screen
Here you will need to select the hyperlink and read the WRU Website T&C’s.
Once you have done this you will need to select the ‘tick box’ to say you
have read and agree to the T&C’s, then click the ‘AGREE’ button.
4, Validate your email.
Next you will need to validate your email address, you do this by logging into you emails in the way you would
normally and opening the email from noreply@wru.co.uk and selecting the hyper link the body of the email.
5, Email Preferences
Here you can select your email preferences as detailed below.
Any Information regarding the club = All
Any Information regarding XXXXX = Club Coach, Club Member, Club Volunteer, Committee Member,
All you need to do is place a tick against the appropriate options and click the ‘SAVE’ button at the bottom of the list.
6, Registration Complete, What now.
Congratulations you have successfully registered on the website and will receive updates from the club.
Clicking on any of the links on this page will take you to Mold RFC Home Page, here you will then need to login using the button in the top right-hand side and using the details you created above.
Once you have logged in select the user button in the top right-hand side.
7, Select ‘Permissions’ under Account Settings
On this screen you have a couple of options.
Option one, View Juniors (U7’s to U16’s) ‘Request Access’ to a Junior Team’ this option is for Parents and Players.
Option two, Administration ‘Request Access’ this option is for Club Managers/Coaches and other Club Officials Only.
Please note that both of these options will require approval and confirmation.

Once you have completed your request it will be approved within 24-48hrs, you will not be notified but once you login again you will be able to see more details and information about the team you have selected.
Please note – Inline with Safeguarding policies you will only be able to see the team you select and you will not have access to any other team other the Youth and Senior Teams.
You will now be able to access additional information about the team you have access to, data like Fixtures, Results, Match Reports, Player Stats (Appearances, Tries, Conversions etc).
All the additional information will need to be populated by the Team Manager/Coach or a DBS checked Parent to begin with and will then require maintaining throughout the season to enhance th eplayer/member experience at the Club.
